1. Come to me for help for material you don’t understand. I have office hours Monday through Thursday. Check your syllabus. I am in my office a lot more than those times and I would be glad to make an appointment with you. My office is Grove 337.

2. There is an anthropology tutor at the LAC who has hours and will be glad to help you.  The LAC is in the lower level of the library. Call x1420 for an appointment.

3. Never miss a class. Every day we go over material that will be on the exam.

4. Read the chapter BEFORE class. Don’t come in cold to brand new material.

5. Look over your notes immediately after every class and fill in material not in your notes. Do this with someone else in the class.

6. Find someone to study with. Spend more time studying.
