The President shall be the executive head of the College Chapter and shall preside over its meetings and shall have the power to call special meetings when considered necessary.

The VP of Alumni relations is responsible for maintaining communications with Xi Tau alumni via written correspondence, e-mail, the web, telephone, or any other source.

The VP of Performance is responsible for monitoring the performance of each Brother and the Chapter as a whole, and assuring that all undertakings are in the best interest of each Brother and the Chapter.

The VP of Membership, shall act as a liaison between the Executive Committee and the Pledging Committee, and they shall be responsible for the information pertaining to any brother’s status upon request from that Brother or following a request from the Executive Committee.

The Treasurer/CFO shall head the Financial Division of the Xi Tau Chapter.

The Secretary is ultimately responsible for the recording of all non-financial, pertinent information from Chapter activities.

The Master of Rituals shall be in direct charge and supervision of all ritualistic, initiations, and secret works of this chapter.
