Rush (Recruitment)
Scroll down to specifically read information for INFORMAL FALL RECRUITMENT and/or FORMAL SPRING RECRUITMENT, whichever interests you!

Thank you for your interest in Alpha Phi! Joining a sorority was the right choice for us, and we would love to show you how special it is to be a member of Alpha Phi. Please feel free to learn some quick Alpha Phi Info, flip through our photo album, or read about our philanthropy! For information about rush and our new member period continue reading.
Rush is one of Theta Xi's favorite events of the year. Though rush is somewhat long and can be tiring, it is time when the sisters of Alpha Phi can talk about past events, plan for the New Member period, and see and speak for the first time with the girls who will be leading our chapter in the future. It is a very exciting time!
The Alpha Phi New Member program is approximately 5 weeks long. In that 5 weeks, the new members get a big sister, learn about Alpha Phi history, ritual, sisterhood and, of course, have fun! The new members are lead by their Director of New Member Education.
