Eligibility
Simply being admitted to Shippensburg University does not guarantee eligibility to participate in intercollegiate athletics for incoming freshman or transfer student-athletes. Both groups of student-athletes must meet initial-eligibility requirements established by the NCAA in order to practice and/or compete.
To be eligible for practice or competition, a student-athlete shall be enrolled in at least a minimum full-time program of studies leading to a baccalaureate or equivalent degree. At Shippensburg University, full-time undergraduate enrollment is 12-semester hours.
