Use this quick questionnaire as a guide when putting together your courses for next semester.

Now that you have some of the required courses out of the way, use the following steps to complete your schedule
  1. Review the Raider Plan templates online for your planned major   http://webspace.ship.edu/aps/reqs.html

    Are there courses you need to take before you are permitted to declare your planned major?

  2. Determine introductory courses you should take that will allow you to get a closer look at the major? (ex: intro to criminal justice).

  3. Determine Gen Ed Courses that meet the requirements of your planned major.

  4. Create a tentative plan of the courses you want to schedule using the attached scheduling worksheet (including a “back up plan”).

  5. Meet with your ASP Advisor to review the courses you’ve chosen and put together an approved schedule.
