Career Opportunities
The Department of Labor projects a strong demand for entry level
jobs in the human resource management field. Human resource management
is among the top paying fields. Graduates of the program are prepared
to begin their careers in the human resource management departments
of corporations or government agencies as trainees, recruiters,
compensation specialists, job analysts, grievance counselors, and
arbitration managers. The program provides a solid foundation for
graduate study in the fields of personnel, industrial relations,
human resource management, and organizational development.
