Welcome Alumni to the CDC!
As a Shippensburg University Alumni, the services which were available to you as a student are still available to you up to one year after graduation. After which you should contact the Alumni Office. You may still register into college central, attend workshops, job fairs, and walk-in hours. Appointments:
It is recommended that you schedule an appointment to individually discuss your career development with a staff member. An appointment is designed to adress all aspects of career Development such as choosing a major, caree changing, network, finding internships, job searching, and applying to graduate school. Call 717-477-1484 to schedule an appointment.
Workshop:
We encourage students to come to our workshops. During the scheduled workshops we cover resume writing, cover letter writing, and how to prepare for an interivew. Please check out our calendar or stop in the career center to find our upcoming dates.
Walk-Ins:
If you have a quick question or need your resume and/or cover letter critiqued, just walk in and sign up. No appointment necessary, just check out our calendar for our dates and times. Extended Hours are every Monday from 4pm-6pm.
