Cost of a Professional Assessment
The cost of the initial assessment is covered by the Connection Program as long as the student attends the appointment on the scheduled date and time. If the student does not show for the appointment without notification, they will be charged $50.00.
If the student is referred to treatment, the cost of treatment is the responsibility of the student and/or parent via insurance coverage or as an out-of pocket expense.
