Mathematics Department Override Request Form

STOP. READ THIS FIRST: This form is to request assistance if you are getting an error in Banner when you try to register for a course or if a section you need is closed.

After you submit the form, (usually within one working day) you will receive an email requesting further information or notifying you of an override being given. Once you receive an override, you are responsible for actually registering for the course itself.

NOTE: Submitting an override request does not guarantee you a place in the course. If you do not fill out the form completely, this may prohibit you from getting an override in a timely fashion.
