We will arrange (free) shared transportation from Harrisburg Airport and Harrisburg Amtrak on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning as well as return transportation on Friday afternoon. Participants who wish to take advantage of this should please give us their travel information as early as possible.
Participants will be staying in Stone Ridge Commons (number 41 on the campus map), an air-conditioned, handicap accessible facility adjacent to the SU campus and owned & operated by the SU Foundation.
Each apartment has two separate bedrooms and a shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Every participant will have their own bedroom, and we will be happy to accommodate special requests for "apartment mates."
Sunday evening stay in this facility can be arranged by contacting the local organizer no later than May 26
Workshop participants will have a full campus meal plan for the week (Monday - Friday) . Those arriving Sunday will be on their own for Sunday meals.
