The Shippensburg University Web Design Camp will introduce high school students to the exciting world of Web publications. Through hands-on experience, the participants will learn how to set up a Web site and maintain it efficiently. The campers will learn not only the basics of the HTML (HyperText Markup Language) using both plain text editor and various authoring tools, but also higher level Web components such as:

* Web tables
* Web frames
* Web graphics and audio
* Publishing video on the Web

* CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
* Scripting tools (e.g., Javascript)
* Introduction to Active Server Pages
* Introduction to XML
