Department of Teacher Education Shippensburg University

Our faculty and candidates are committed to follow the unit framework standards: “Collaborative decision-makers: Assessing, Planning, Reflecting”. We believe that teachers should be reflective thinkers and researchers. We believe that the millennial learneres should be educated in ways that accommodate their cognitive styles and learning preferences. This journal will provide a platform for all teacher candidates, both graduates and undergraduates, to demonstrate their academic curiosity and career interests, to reveal their professional knowledge and expertise, to express their views on current educational issues, and to showcase that our candidates are well-prepared to address the challenges in the 21st century classroom. In addition, this journal will serve as a learning guide to help candidates identify expectations of outstanding works, such as exemplary research papers, lesson plans, and various learning and research projects.
