696 Road Overlay

PennDot will be re-surfacing approximately 3 miles of Route 696 beginning at Route 11 and going past the University. The University will benefit from this project with new turning lanes at all entrances and new cross walks at heavily crossed areas. Work will be coordinated with the University to minimize disturbance during major events.
