Heiges Field House Elevator Modernization

The project will consist of the existing elevator operating system, and cab being removed. A new ICON control and landing system will be installed. The hall stations will be replaced to meet ADA. and 2000 ASME requirements. Cab will be modernized with stainless steel panels, hand rails on three walls, and a new suspended ceiling. All hoist way wiring, travel cable, and car wiring will be replaced.

Heiges Field House Arena AHU Upgrade

The four air handlers that currently serve the arena will be replaced. The units will provide heating and fresh air. They will also have the capacity to have cooling coils added, if air conditioning is added to the arena in the future. The air handlers are located in mechanical/storage rooms adjacent to the arena.
