The Facilities Master Plan for Shippensburg University was developed in September 1998 by students, faculty, administration and staff from the University. They were facilitated by Baker and Associates and GWSM, INC., under the oversight of the Council of Trustees. The Facilities Master Plan as well as the Parking Evaluation and Development Study are available at the Ezra Lehman Library, Reserve Desk, Main Level - Call # LD 4931.S45 F2 1998.
