Rowland & Shearer Halls - Exterior Repointing

Rowland and Shearer Halls will have some minor exterior repairs to the existing brick and stone surfaces. Deteriorated mortar and caulking will be removed and replaced with new. Repointing will take place where needed. The entire exterior of the buildings will be pressure washed and a sealant will be applied to water-proof the brick and stone.
