Quality Instruction
Dr. Robert O. Neidigh received his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. Dr. Neidigh built his knowledge managing Supply Chains in the manufacturing industry. As a consultant of the Frehn Center he offers informative training in Forecasting, Quality, Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Optimization.
Dr. Robert Setaputra received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Dr. Setaputra has articles and industry research work appearing in such prestigious journals as Logistics Management and International Journal of Physical Distribution.
