In his latest book, Enough: The Phony Leaders, Dead-End Movements and Culture of Failure that Are Undermining Black America—and What We Can Do About It, he provides a solution-based look that calls upon us to not lose sight of the true values of the Civil Rights Movement. Williams is renowned as an expert moderator as his evenhanded view of American politics, diversity in the workplace, and hanging American demographics have made him an ideal host for seminars and debates. As the senior correspondent at National Public Radio and political analyst for Fox television, Williams is at the cutting edge of America’s culture.

This led to a book about what he calls the end of “the golden age of water.” In his research he learned in the very near future the scarcity of water will affect life around the world: where every gallon will represent an economic opportunity. He asks, “How do we use that water?” Currently an award-winning senior writer at Fast Company, his book on water is scheduled for publication in late 2009 and follows his bestseller, The Wal-Mart Effect.
