SU E-mail
SU e-mail is the official notification of the Housing Office. Students will be sent all important coorespondence, updates, and notifications to their SU e-mail account. If the student is forwarding the e-mail the student is responsible to make sure the information is forwarding correctly. E-mail is often returned to the Housing Office because a mailbox is full. Please be sure to keep your mailbox functioning properly.
Housing E-mail Receipt - Students must have a printed copy of the housing e-mail in order to complete a $100 housing deposit at the Student Accounts Office.
Stone Ridge Commons Students will receive an e-mail if they are accepted to Stone Ridge Commons. If a student is notified he/she is responsible to verify that all roommates have received the acceptance e-mail and make the agreement and deposit on time.
Seavers Apartment Complex and Traditional Hall students will sign the housing agreement on-line January 25, 2009 through January 30, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. If the housing agreement is completed correctly the student will receive an e-mail receipt by January 30, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. This receipt e-mail should be taken to the Student Accounts Office in Old Main Room 100 in order to pay a housing deposit. If the agreement and housing deposit are not completed by February 6, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. a student is not guaranteed housing for the 2008-2009 academic year. See waiting list.
