Help is Always Available!
If you are having technical issues you have 24/7 support available to you from the Shippensburg University 24/7 Support Center. Access the Support Center website by clicking on the Help Button located near the Shippensburg Univerisity logo or at http://supportcenteronline.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=780. Once there you can make contact with a representative by phone, Live Chat or by submitting a ticket. Please follow the directions outlined on the Support Center website.

The 24/7 Help Desk can assist you with email, plug-in, and general technical issues related to the Blackboard platform. You can also speak with a Support Representative 24/7 by calling 1-866-766-5960.
The Support Center website also has animated tutorials, a database with answers to frequently asked questions and links to plug-ins, players, and viewers.
If you are in or near the library, the student-manned Help Desk in the InfoTech Courtyard can help you with basic operations of Blackboard. They are located on the first floor of the Library behind the Reference Desk. They do not have the ability to help you with obtaining or changing your password. They will not be able to answer course-specific questions.
The Support Center staff cannot assist you with any questions regarding your course work. Please contact your professor with course related questions.
