Modifying the My Institution Page

Each box on the My Institution page is called a module. You can customize the module view.

Modifying the Content on the My Institution page

  1. Click the Modify Content button located in the upper-right part of your screen.
  2. Check the boxes next to the modules you would like to add to your view.
  3. Click on the Submit when finished.

Modifying the Layout of the My Insitution page

  1. Click the Modify Layout button located in the upper-right part of your screen.
  2. Highlight a module and click the appropriate button to shift the module from one column to the other.
  3. Change the order of your modules by clicking on the up and down buttons next to each column.
  4. Click on the Submit button when finished.

Modifying Modules

Icon Purpose
Graphic: Pencil Icon Edit module information
Graphic: Minimize Module Minimize module so that only the header is visiable
Graphic: Maximize Module Return module to its maximum size
Graphic: Remove Icon Remove module


My Courses Module Hint

As you progress through each semester all your courses will be listed in the My Courses module. To modify the My Courses module and remove courses from past semesters (Note: All your courses will be available under the Courses tab):

  1. Click on the Edit module information icon Graphic: Pencil Icon.

  1. Deselect those courses from previous semesters by clicking inside the check box to remove the check. Deselect the check boxes in both the Display Course Name and Display Announcement columns.
  2. Click on the Submit button when finished.
