24/7 Help Desk Graphic that explains to students how to access the Help Desk from their Blackboard course shell.

To place this graphic in your course shell, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on the graphic and choose Save Picture As. Save the picture to the desired directory/folder on your computer.
  2. Open your Blackboard Course Shell, click on the Control Panel.
  3. Enter the Course Information Area.
  4. Create an item in the Course Information Area by clicking on the +Item icon.
  5. Copy and Paste the text listed above the graphic into the text area of the Item dialog box.
  6. Insert the graphic by clicking on the add image icon in the text area. In the Select image dialog box, click on the Browse button to find your file.
  7. In Section 2, Image Options, delete the default settings in the H and W text boxes. Add a border if desired.
  8. Add alternative text in the Alt text area for those students with disabilities.
