Best Practices for CSS

Purpose

Dreamweaver is used for building web sites. It is a WYSISYG editor meaning that you can add information as you would in a Word document. Dreamweaver will create the HTML or the CSS coding behind the scenes automatically for you and the program allows you to manipulate the HTML or CSS code. The power of Dreamweaver lies in three areas, the programs ability to save graphics and text as library items allowing them to be easily reused and therefore changed automatically throughout the site, the programs ability to cache items and therefore when files are moved the links to those files on other pages are automatically changed and the programs ability to easily incoporate interaction in your site using Javascipt.

Strengths
