This test [Praxis II] must be successfully completed prior to student teaching. It is recommended that this test be taken during the second semester of the junior year or during the first semester of the senior year.
Special Note: The PLT (Principles of Learning & Teaching) test is no longer required for certification in Pennsylvania.

Practice resources in MCT251. See any mathematics department faculty member to get access to practice problems that have already been copied for you. These include the standard 061 example exam as well as mathematics portions of several GRE and GMAT sample exams. Practicing timed multiple choice math exams is the key to success!
