Tae Kwon Do
If you have always wanted to try Karate, the Tae Kwon Do club is for you. Tae Kwon Do is a great way to relieve stress, increase flexibility, build confidence, gain coordination, and get in shape. Lessons are taught in english to all abilities; beginners are always welcome. Classes are taught in a safe and well constructed manner and last the whole semester.
We offer a Chung Do Kwan style of Tae Kwon Do. This style is a descendent of original Tae Kwon Do practiced in Korea. We hold no affiliation with the World Tae Kwon Do Federation or the International Tae Kwon Do Federation.
