Spring 2018 Registration
Registration for Spring 2019 is now open! There are 15 available spaces this year, so please register early to secure your spot. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the online registration form. The deadline to apply is March 28.
- Dates: Mar. 30, Apr. 6, Apr 20, and Apr. 27
- Time: 10:00 - 11:30 AM.
- Location: Shippensburg University Campus. More information about the drop off/pick up process will be sent directly to participants prior to the start of the program.
- The fee is $10 per family to help cover supplies, and is due at registration of the first meeting. Checks can be made out to the SU Math Fund. This fee can be waived for financial hardships.

General Information
We run SAMC sessions twice a year on Shippensburg University’s campus, and for each session there are four to five 90-minute activities. We always meet on Saturday morning from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. The Fall session runs between mid-September and mid-December and the Spring session runs between mid-February and mid-April. The dates of the sessions change slightly every year to accommodate various University and community events.
To be eligible for the program, your child must be in 4th or 5th grade and have transportation to and from Shippensburg University where the sessions are held. There is a $10 fee per family that helps with snacks and supplies. This fee will be waived for those with financial hardships, just let us know.
We accept between 15 to 20 children for the program, so it is a good idea to register early to ensure a spot. In the Shippensburg Area School District we advertise in the schools and send flyers home with the children to let you know when registration begins. If your child is homeschooled or attends another district school and you want to be notified when registration is opening, send us an email at shipmathcircle345@gmail.com and we will keep you updated.
